0H-J33 2FLY (O.G. 2FLY) My name is O.G. 2FLY (0H-J33 2FLY) I'm from Akron, Ohio where LeBron James & Stephen Curry were born. Coming up around Akron you see a lot of different things. By the time I was 18 I seen everything from drug dealing, gang banging, someone even got hung from a tree at the park on the same street as my house, and there was even a hostage situation across the street from my house with snipers & the swat team.So the streets was a natural part of my life. By the time I started rapping I was drawing and doing things with my art. I'd won awards for my art and in high school I drew the center court for the basketball court. It was a crazy experience seeing that everyday. In my earlier years in high school I didn't play on the basketball team, but my junior & senior year I made the center court that everyone in the school seen every home game. I just thought it was ironic. I felt like Jay at the Nets arena, but everyday I cut class and smoked weed with bad chicks. It's just made me an icon. I got used to setting trends, & people copying. It was natural I noticed but I liked it. And when I graduated for school it just opened my eyes even more, you know. Especially to the street life. I made my first song like in the last few weeks we were in school. I just remember how I uploaded it and people telling me how nice it was. So when I finished school I started rapping and recording more. I was always rapping, like writing & free-styling with my friends, like having cyphers & smoking blunts, but I didn't make my first song until after I graduated. Then it just took off my videos were getting 300+ views, I was getting a lot of followers on twitter, my homie Taee Julio & me started a clothing line, & I was voted best lines in the 2012 BET Twitter Cypher. So by that time I was already above average. I was affliated with Taylor Gang & a lot of other artists. I was being invited to showcase events for Def Jam, Atlantic, Maybach music, & RocNation. It's all been a great experience. It's all a step by step process. I know I'm successful, but I'm not where I wanna be yet. I'm dedicated to being the greatest. I gotta a city to rep for, and a family to provide for you know what I mean. It just gives hope to the community. When a dude like me makes the whole hood makes it. The love I get out weights the hate. They see my potential to be the greatest, right now I'm one of the greatest to come outta my city, but my goal is to one of the greatest of all time. I just turned 21. It's a hell of a start. So it's go time. I gotta go hard. I got the city on my back and I gotta provide so I'ma get it regardless. My Dad has to use an oxygen mask & one of my older brothers was diagnosed with HIV, so I don't care I gotta provide for my family. I hit a point in my life where my dreams can become reality. And those dreams can pay the bills. So I just gotta put the effort in so I can take my music to the next level. So late early 2014 we dropping new music, new music videos, tours, clothing, anything. My mixtape, #Zer0Gravity, just recently reached Gold status with 500,000+ total online views, streams, & downloads. It's a great accomplishment, but I don't wanna get complacent when there's so much more to accomplish. I'm releasing a new mixtape called "Pullin' Triggers" & a new E.P. called "TRVP J33ZU$". "TRVP J33ZU$" is gonna be a visual mixtape, so every song is gonna have a music video. That's the next project we gonna flood the streets with. A wise man once told me "if you wanna be successful you gotta want it as bad as you wanna breathe." So here I am grinding til I ain't got no more breathe left in my lungs.
