armor rapista It is said that Armor started Iloilo's Indie Movement. For more than a decade hes been crafting a unique sound and though underated amends our definition of what is indie music. The music of Armor is often described as quirky and unpredictable by both his critics and followers. Aside from using guitars, harmonica and keyboards during recordings, Armor adds tribal instruments, toys, drum machines and "found sounds" to record his Walking On A Third World Stree(2003) and Primitive Devices(2004) Cds. These successive works, while still on the pop genre showcased Armor's musical maturity as an experimental and an avant garde musician. Armor's forthcoming Cd, "Hakos" is a collection of nocturnal songs with raw acoustic guitars, violin-like harmonica playing and noises and synthesized sounds. It also includes armor's haunting vocals and nostalgic poetry. Armor remained unsigned and unpopoular even in his hometown city. But perhaps commercial success is only his minor agenda. with or without further recognition, Armor is already Iloilo's musical icon .
