Red Sky Burial Coming together in late 2010, Red Sky Burial have drawn on their multitude of experiences from former and current bands including Tailbone, Subtract (NZ), .hinge with a desire to create something unique� Hypnotic drums, undulating bass lines and riff-laden guitars provide a solid grounding for Red Sky Burial�s commanding live set which has cemented the band as a force to be reckoned with in the Melbourne live music scene. Described as aggressive rock with thick bass lines and heavy groove, Red Sky Burial released their debut self-titled EP in 2011. The recording was picked up by Rocket Distribution and released nationally through JB Hifi and iTunes. Following its release, sales of the EP were beyond expectation, requiring the band to undertake 2nd and 3rd pressings in a relatively short period of time.
